Position Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires a polished, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for advisors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (accounting experience is a plus).
