Duties include loading and unloading items, verifying orders, navigating routes with GPS, and providing courteous customer service. The role requires lifting 25–50 lbs, frequent walking, and regular vehicle entry and exit. Successful drivers are reliable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Candidates should hold a valid driver’s license, proper auto insurance, and preferably some delivery or customer service experience. Equipment used includes the driver’s personal vehicle, a smartphone or GPS device, and occasional use of hand trucks or dollies.
