Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Position Overview

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle incoming and outgoing shipments . This role is vital for maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify shipments of specialized equipment and tools.
Prepare and package outgoing orders for delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
Operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload heavy materials safely.
Keep the shipping/receiving area organized and compliant with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
Forklift: Preferably 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
