About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Stocker/General Laborer to support daily operations by safely de-shelving materials and palletizing items for storage, movement, or processing. This role is hands-on and detail-focused, involving consistent physical activity and coordination with team members. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- De-shelve materials safely and accurately from designated areas.
- Palletize items using proper stacking and securing techniques.
- Inspect materials for damage, incorrect labels, or discrepancies.
- Move materials to correct staging or storage locations.
- Maintain clean and organized shelving and palletizing areas.
- Report shortages, damages, or inventory issues promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures and handling guidelines.
Expected Results
- Materials are de-shelved accurately and without damage.
- Pallets are built securely, safely, and meet company standards.
- Workspaces remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Documentation and labeling are accurate and complete.
- Daily productivity goals are consistently met.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of basic material handling practices.
- Ability to palletize items with proper stacking and weight distribution.
- Ability to use pallet jacks, carts, and basic handling equipment (training provided).
- Ability to read labels, tags, and material descriptions.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.

- Ability to work on feet for the entire shift.
- Good hand-eye coordination for safe material handling.
- Ability to work in varying facility temperatures.
