Test & Repair Technician – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on workload and business needs)
Compensation: Based on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test & Repair Technician with strong electronic testing, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience with electronic assemblies and the ability to diagnose issues down to the component level. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a technical environment. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies to component level
- Read, interpret, and work from schematic diagrams
- Diagnose and resolve issues in both analog and digital circuits
- Build, modify, and evaluate new product prototypes
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic test equipment
- Document repairs, test results, and troubleshooting processes as required
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong electronic diagnosis and repair capability
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams
- Hands-on experience with analog and digital electronics
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in electronic testing and repair
- Experience working with laboratory or production test equipment
- Familiarity with prototype development and evaluation
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
Work Environment
- Electronics lab and production setting
- Use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and test fixtures
- Requires prolonged standing or sitting, fine motor skills, and visual inspection
