Pool Server – Luxury Resort (Scottsdale, AZ)

Pay: $17–$18/hour

We are seeking polished, energetic, and service-driven Pool Servers to join our luxury hotel pool team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor resort environment and take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to pool guests
• Maintain a clean and inviting pool environment, including trash and towel pickup
• Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers to ensure timely service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards expected in a luxury setting
• Represent the hotel with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
• Attendance is critical — reliable, punctual team members are essential to this role
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
