Property Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21–$25 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction, and supporting the financial and physical performance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property in accordance with company policies
• Serve as primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies consistently and professionally
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with budgeting and expense control
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations

Qualifications

• 2-5 years property management or leasing experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property management software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
