Janitor – Commercial Property
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on operational needs)

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at a commercial property. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, efficient, and able to work in environments where cleaning tasks are scheduled and performed under supervision in secure spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to scheduled appointments
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols in secure environments
- Work efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Ability to work a consistent early morning schedule (5:30 AM start)
- Comfortable working in supervised and secure environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
