Quality Inspector – Metal Components (Semiconductor Warehouse)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to evaluate and ensure the quality of precision metal components used in a semiconductor warehouse environment. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to strict quality and handling standards in a controlled setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing metal components for defects, damage, and compliance with specifications
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Ensure materials meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actions
- Follow strict handling procedures for sensitive semiconductor-related components
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure quality expectations are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably with metal components or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects and inconsistencies
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
- Comfortable working in a controlled or clean warehouse environment
- Good documentation and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or similar systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints
