Drywall Restoration Associate

Location: Tempe

Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with possible weekend work)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Drywall Restoration Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring drywall surfaces, including repair, patching, and finishing work across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repair and restoration (patching, sanding, finishing, and texture matching)
• Assist with demolition and preparation of affected areas
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow project timelines and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to job sites
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in demanding conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior drywall or construction experience preferred

Work Conditions

• Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
• Indoor and outdoor job site environments
• Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs
