Entry-Level Painter & Handyman

Location:  Tempe
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (possible weekend work)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Painter & Handyman to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, works well with their hands, and wants to build experience in general painting and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial painting projects
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, taping, priming)
• Help with basic handyman tasks and general repairs
• Move materials and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply—willingness to learn is key
• Good with your hands and comfortable using basic tools
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Able to work both independently and with a team
