Window Glazier (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available
Pay Range:

• 2-4 Year Experience: $22 – $26/hour
• 5+ Years Experience: $26 – $30/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, installing, and repairing glass in windows, doors, and other structures while ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure window frames and cut glass to precise specifications
• Install glass using proper glazing materials and sealing techniques
• Remove and replace damaged or broken glass while maintaining structural integrity
• Read and interpret blueprints or work orders
• Install specialty glass for skylights, shower enclosures, display cases, and more
• Safely transport and handle glass materials using appropriate equipment
• Apply finishing materials and ensure job sites are clean and organized

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in glass installation 
• Ability to cut, fit, and install various types of glass (tempered, laminated, insulated)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper glass handling
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or in varying conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
