Quality Inspector (Cleanroom) 

Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM some Fridays depending on production

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and cosmetic inspections of precision components. This role ensures products meet customer specifications and ISO 9001 quality standards while operating in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect components for defects, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy
• Operate XRF equipment to measure plating thickness and composition
• Document inspection results and nonconformances in ERP systems
• Follow strict cleanroom protocols including gowning and contamination control
• Maintain accurate records and support quality audits and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
• Ability to read specifications and identify defects
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

Preferred:

• XRF experience
• Background in semiconducto, or precision manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO standards
