Process Data Entry Clerk

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM some Fridays depending on production needs
Location: Tempe, AZ

Position Summary

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and detail-oriented Process Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain operational and process-related data across various business systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting process documentation, and providing reliable information that helps drive business decisions in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain process data in databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and process documentation.
  • Generate routine reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Support audits, process validations, and compliance activities. 
  • Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures, and data security requirements. 
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other departments to support process accuracy and performance. 

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role. 
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, or other business information systems.
  • Knowledge of process documentation, quality systems, or data validation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or other process-focused environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. 
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
