Process Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM some Fridays depending on production needs
Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Summary
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and detail-oriented Process Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain operational and process-related data across various business systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting process documentation, and providing reliable information that helps drive business decisions in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain process data in databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain organized records, logs, and process documentation.
- Generate routine reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership.
- Support audits, process validations, and compliance activities.
- Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures, and data security requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other departments to support process accuracy and performance.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, or other business information systems.
- Knowledge of process documentation, quality systems, or data validation.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or other process-focused environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
