Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Document issues and solutions in our helpdesk system.
- Assist with system upgrades and software installations.
- Support internal IT infrastructure and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement improvements and updates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certifications a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
