Accounts Receivable Assistant or Manager

North Phoenix
We are a well established construction company in North Phoenix looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to our team. This role can be filled at either the Assistant or Manager level depending on experience.
This is a long term opportunity with a stable company, strong leadership, and room to grow.
Accounts Receivable Assistant
Salary range $50,000 to $75,000 annually
Accounts Receivable Manager
Salary $100,000 plus depending on experience
Responsibilities
• Manage construction accounts receivable from billing through collections
• Prepare and send invoices including progress billing and lien waivers
• Track payments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on past due accounts
• Work closely with project managers and accounting leadership
• Maintain accurate AR records and reports
• Ensure compliance with construction billing requirements and timelines
Qualifications
• Construction industry AR experience required
• Strong understanding of progress billing, retainage, and lien waivers
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manager level candidates should have leadership or oversight experience
