Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drapery Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for precision, and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, install, and secure drapery, curtains, rods, blinds, and other window treatments
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and overall appearance of installations
- Review job specifications and confirm accurate measurements prior to installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing drapery, blinds, or window treatments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Comfortable working on ladders and handling physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom window treatments
- Basic carpentry or construction background
- Ability to read measurements and installation diagrams
