Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Pay: $150,000 – $200,000 per year

Overview
A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at both building client relationships and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, converting leads into awarded projects
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for both negotiated and hard-bid work
- Lead pre-construction efforts including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Manage all phases of project execution from mobilization through closeout
- Collaborate with a second Project Manager to oversee labor, subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
- Perform detailed take-offs and support pre-construction planning efforts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in mechanical or commercial construction
- Strong estimating background with experience in take-offs and bid preparation
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
