We are recruiting on behalf of a global aerospace organisation that provides maintenance services for some of the most powerful defense and commercial aircraft platforms in the world. This hands-on role is responsible for the complete painting process of aviation parts — from surface preparation through to final inspection — to exacting customer and company specifications. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Must-have requirements

Experience in industrial, automotive, or aircraft painting
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint application methods, and use of paint equipment
Ability to read process sheets and follow detailed technical instructions with precision
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying corrosion protection treatments
- Mix, prepare, and apply primers, paints, and coatings per technical documentation
- Operate and maintain spray guns and related painting equipment
- Follow all safety procedures including proper PPE and respirator use
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, finish, and specification compliance
- Perform touch-up and rework as required
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Additional requirements
- Ability to accurately mix paints and coatings
- Familiarity with spray guns and related painting tools
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous, observant approach
- Ability to wear a respirator and pass required medical clearance
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with no restrictions
- Willingness to work in a paint booth wearing full protective gear
