ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Scottsdale. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading aerospace company — no prior warehouse experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments
- Prepare and pack outbound orders for shipping
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Shipping, receiving, or general warehouse experience is a plus — but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures
- Must be able to pass a background check
