Residential Handyman – Cave Creek Area
Location: Cave Creek, AZ

Schedule: Day Shift
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and presentable Residential Handyman to join a professional residential property management team serving the Cave Creek area.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on residential maintenance position involving a variety of basic handyman and property maintenance tasks, including:

Repairing and adjusting doors

Garage and hardware repairs

Shimming and leveling doors

Draining and servicing water heaters

Minor repairs and general home maintenance

Using power tools and basic hand tools

Working safely from ladders

Troubleshooting and taking initiative when something needs attention

Helping keep residential properties in excellent condition
