Maintenance Technician — Mobile Home Community (Phoenix, AZ)

Overview
A well-established property management company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a mobile home community in Phoenix. This role covers general property maintenance with a strong emphasis on pool care and upkeep. The ideal candidate is reliable, presentable, and comfortable working independently around residents and common areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including:
- Cleaning filters
- Checking and balancing chemicals daily
- Scrubbing pool tiles for deep cleaning
- Running and monitoring pool pumps
- Read water meters on a monthly basis
- Operate a golf cart to move around the property
- Handle general maintenance and upkeep of community grounds and common areas
- Maintain a professional, presentable appearance while working on-site
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial and/or residential maintenance
- Working knowledge of swimming pool operations and water chemistry
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Comfortable operating a golf cart
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Work Environment
- On-site at a mobile home community (no entry into residents' homes required)
- Outdoor work in Phoenix conditions
- Reports directly to the on-site Community Manager
