Heavy Equipment Operator – Mini Excavator/Backhoe/Loader

Pay: $27/hr, with opportunity for advancement
Schedule: Full-time
Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to run mini excavators, backhoes, and Gannon-style equipment on job sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who takes pride in showing up every day and getting the job done right.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience operating a mini excavator, backhoe, or Gannon
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen
Preferred (a plus):
- Loader operation experience
- Ability to shoot grade
