Landscape/Property Maintenance Laborer
Location: Cave Creek / Fountain Hills area
Pay: $19–20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Duration: Long-term (1 year+)
Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable laborer for a long-term position supporting property and landscape maintenance for a private residence/estate. This is a steady, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work and can handle a variety of hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Watering and general upkeep of trees and plants
- Seasonal decorating (including Christmas decor setup)
- Diagnosing and repairing sprinkler/irrigation system issues
- General property maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude for sprinkler repairs a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
