Employment Specialist / Sales
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission
We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Employment Specialist/Sales professional who enjoys working with people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to grow with a busy, fast-paced company. This role combines recruiting, customer service, and sales, with the opportunity to help people find jobs while helping local businesses grow.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound sales calls and confidently connect with prospective clients
- Recruit, interview, and communicate with job seekers
- Build relationships with candidates and local businesses
- Travel to local job sites for check-ins, interviews, and sales visits
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other computer systems throughout the day
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet office goals
What We’re Looking For
- 40+ WPM typing speed and ability to pass a typing assessment
- Comfortable and confident making phone calls
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive, proactive, patient, and determined
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Experience with Indeed or LinkedIn is a plus, but not required
- Willing and able to travel locally to job sites throughout the week
