Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and requests by phone and email
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Provide a great customer experience on every interaction
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Work with the team to follow up and keep customers informed
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
- Interest in sports, baseball preferred
