Job Full Description
Express is helping an established company seek a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in precision welding and metal fabrication. You will work on a variety of projects, from custom builds to structural components, ensuring high-quality results that meet exact specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using fabrication tools and machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain welding equipment and follow safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency with MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
- Certification in welding (preferred but not required)
