Office Coordinator (Full-Time)
Hourly Rate: $19–$22/hr
A well-established community organization is seeking a dependable and organized Office Coordinator to help manage daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a mission-driven environment.
Key Tasks
- Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors in person and by phone
- Answer phones and take reservations for events and facility use
- Manage RV lot reservations using specialized software
- Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, phone calls)
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and communications
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
Key Skills & Traits
- Proficient in:
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Word or similar word processing software
- Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Microsoft Publisher or a similar design/layout platform
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Patient and respectful, especially when working with elderly individuals
- Strong attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset
- Able to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs deliveries as needed
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least one year of experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
