Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (possible flexibility depending on lunch period)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Assistant to support both human resources and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and streamlining office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Coordinate job postings, manage applications, and schedule interviews/pre-employment screenings
- Prepare onboarding, benefits orientation, and injury reporting packets
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Organize internal training and employee engagement activities
- Distribute employee communications and notifications
- Pick up payroll from Eureka office and prepare for distribution
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Collaborate on HR projects to enhance team and employee support
Office Administration
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as needed
- Support meeting logistics (room booking, scheduling, catering)
- Handle mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment (break area, coffee supplies, storage)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Familiarity with HR processes and labor laws (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
