Medical Assistant – Seniors-Focused Clinic (Direct Hire)
Eel River Valley | $24–$28/hour DOE
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Medical Assistant to join a respected clinic dedicated to serving seniors. This is a direct hire—you’ll be brought on directly as a member of the client’s care team from day one, not temp-to-hire.

What you’ll do
- Room patients and take vitals
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Manage charting, patient flow, and follow-up care
- Deliver calm, respectful care to an aging population
What we’re looking for
- Certified or experienced Medical Assistant (Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required, or a minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a medical facility.)
- Strong bedside manner and clear communication
- Comfort working with senior patients
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-minded
Location: Eel River Valley area of Humboldt County, California, with the likelihood of working between Arcata, Eureka, and Fortuna locations once trained.
Pay: $24–$28/hour (depending on experience)
