Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a FT, Bilingual Customer Service Agent.

$17–$17.50 per hour base pay
Bonuses and commission
$1,000 hiring bonus
Paid training and support to obtain your Personal Lines Insurance License within 30–45 days
Evaluation to hire

In this role, you'll assist customers with insurance, tax preparation, and registration services. No prior insurance experience is required—Client will guide you through the licensing process and even pay you to study.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Prior customer service experience
Willing to work Monday–Friday 9am–7pm, and weekends 9am–5pm
