Building Maintenance Technician
Fresno, CA
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Express Employment is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician for a local facility in Fresno. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple building systems.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.

Inspect and maintain lighting, doors, and fixtures.

Troubleshoot and resolve building maintenance issues promptly.

Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in building or facility maintenance required.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
