THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a “California State Certified Electrician.”
- Must have a minimum of six (6) years in the industrial electrical trade.
- Knowledge of the practical application of industrial electrical construction.
- Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal). Professional appearance.
- Clean DMV record.
PRODUCTION
- This is a working Foreman Position (HANDS-ON).
- On-time (arriving on-site before your employees).
- Ensure that jobs are completed on budget.
- Ensure that jobs are completed on time.
- Ensure that direct reports are on task.
- Hire/fire employees at the direction of the supervisor.
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of Jobsite materials.
- Work with and around other trades.
