Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in outdoor work and can perform tasks independently to keep the property clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping throughout the property
- Plant and replant flowers, shrubs, and other greenery as needed
- Trim trees, bushes, and plants to ensure a well-kept appearance
- Cut and edge grass regularly
- Keep grounds free of debris, litter, and hazards
- Perform routine inspections of outdoor areas
- Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Experience using landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
