Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Warehouse Lead Trainee for an architectural design firm in the Irvine, CA area. Our client supplies specialty building components for both the commercial and residential markets and has brand name clients that include Fortune 500 companies and internationally recognized sporting venues. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. This is a permanent, full-time, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $24.00 to $27.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Order picking and packing
- Arrange shipments with various transportation carriers
- Process returns
- Manage inventory
- Assist will-call customers
- General warehouse tasks
Requirements:
- At least one year of warehouse experience
- Familiar with warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jack, RF scanner)
- Motivated to build a career in the light industrial industry
- Customer service mindset
- Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
- Excellent English communication skills
