Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group – Irvine is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an electronics components manufacturing company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation-to-hire opportunity. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Starting compensation is $22.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with vendors and internal departments in China
- Perform data entry and validation using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Support general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Bilingual Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
- High attention to detail
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Solid work-related references
