Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established trades contractor in the Irvine, CA area. Our client has a great company culture and a well-respected reputation. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $20.00 to $25.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process customer payments accurately
- Provide order details and status updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Assist the dispatch department with scheduling service appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., filing, preparing reports)
Requirements
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus
- Professional, friendly, and able to remain calm under pressure
