Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a for a networking hardware manufacturer. This is a part-time, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $24.00 to $26.00/hour. Hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- New customer setup and credit qualification
- Processing payments and proofing invoices
- Contacting customers regarding overdue balances
- Month-end and cash reconciliation
- Data entry and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- One year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; accurate 10-key data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- Associate’s degree or offsetting experience
