Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for suppliers including ordering, delivery details and troubleshooting
- Coordinating delivery schedules
- Tracking and managing inventory
- Maintaining accurate records
- Compiling data and generating reports
- Supporting auditing activities
Requirements
- Previous administrative or customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
- Strong English communication skills spoken and written
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Professional, positive and friendly demeanor
