Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a commercial printing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $22.00 to $28.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer rapport through in-person, over the phone and by email
- Prepare and present quotes
- Order entry and processing
- Provide order details to internal departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum one year of in-person customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience preparing quotes a benefit but not mandatory
- Professional, friendly, and able to remain calm under pressure
