Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Graphic Designer for a commercial printing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $25.00 to $30.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare print-ready artwork for signage and graphics
- Rebuild and optimize customer-supplied artwork for production
- Manage prepress setup including bleeds, scaling, fonts, and color
- Operate print and cut equipment (printers and vinyl plotters)
- Prepare files for CNC routing and laser cutting
- Support light hands-on production and finishing as needed
Requirements
- At least one year of graphic design experience
- Willingness to perform both design and hands-on production work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop/InDesign a plus)
- Understanding of print production and file prep standards
- Highly organized with disciplined file management
- Ability to juggle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
