Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accounting Clerk for an aerospace equipment company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a part-time, long-term, contract opportunity. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Compensation starts at $25.00 to $27.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Process payments
- Related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- One year of related experience or training/education
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written)
- QuickBooks knowledge a benefit
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel user
- Professional, positive and friendly personality
- Associates degree a benefit
