Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an on-site Accounting Assistant for a leading event services company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Bae compensation starts at $65,000/year and includes comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support AR/AP, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Assist with billing, job costing, and project tracking
- Prepare month-end items (reconciliations, journal entries, reports)
- Assist with payroll processing and review
- Support HR administration and maintain employee records
Requirements:
- At least two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience (Desktop preferred)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Relevant degree or equivalent accounting experience preferred
