Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accountant for a premier distributor of architectural fixtures. This is a permanent, full-time, evaluation hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $25.00 to $28.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Support financial reporting activities and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting processes
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
- Work within QuickBooks and ERP systems to process and track financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least one year of accounting experience required
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
