Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Order Entry Clerk for a specialty consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Compensation starts at $30.00 to $35.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry in SAGE ERP system
- Contacting customers with order updates and confirmations
- Order troubleshooting
- Invoicing
- Interoffice reporting
- General administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous order entry experience
- SAGE 100, MAS 90/200 knowledge a benefit
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Poised and professional with outgoing and upbeat personality
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook user
- Effective working in a fast-paced environment
