Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Credit Specialist for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $35.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and perform collections activities
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances
- Research and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and discrepancies
- Evaluate customer credit risk, payment history, and account activity
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues
- Assist with reporting and other credit and collections activities
Requirements
- At least three years of commercial credit and collections experience
- Experience with customer account reconciliations and dispute resolution
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
