Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a commercial equipment manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $24.00 to $27.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes and pricing information
- Enter sales orders and provide order confirmations
- Process invoices and maintain accurate order records
- Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments
- Update customer portals with order and tracking information
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, and lead times
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum one year of customer service or order processing experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Accurate and efficient data entry ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving routine order-related inquiries
