Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Stockton, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to hire, 1st shift
Pay Rate: $20+ DOE
Job Summary:
A local Stockton company is searching for an Warehouse Associate / Forklift operator who will have core responsibilities in Door manufacturing. This role may include a variety of warehouse duties depending on the assignment. Ideal candidates are team players with experience in forklift operation, inventory handling, and general warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming loads for accuracy and quality.

Verify shipping documents and ensure correct customer information.

Operate propane and electric forklift vehicles safely and efficiently.

Perform start-of-shift preventative maintenance checks on equipment.

Load semi-trucks and box trucks with finished products according to shipment requirements.

Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

Prepare materials and handle them safely for production and shipping needs.

Stage and package finished products for delivery to customers.

Support other general warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.

Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).

Ability to read and understand shipping documentation and inventory records.

Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.
