Machine Operator
Location: Stockton, CA

About the Role:
A local Stockton company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their production team. Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/Manager, the Machine Operator will be responsible for routing doors through the cell using Multi-Ax and/or Trim Saw equipment (including PUR systems), adjusting machinery to meet specifications, and ensuring consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and adjust saws to meet precise production specifications.

Operate machinery such as Multi-Ax, Trim Saw, and PUR equipment including Pinch Rollers, UV Paint, and Cure Machines.

Monitor and maintain product quality throughout each shift.

Identify and correct defects promptly.

Perform minor maintenance and assist during scheduled preventive maintenance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all plant safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Work efficiently to meet productivity goals based on production needs.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.
-
Previous machine operation or maintenance experience preferred.

Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements.

Basic math and computer skills (MS Office experience a plus).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Physical Requirements:
-
Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
-
Must be able to lift, bend, and work around machinery.
-
Visual requirements include close and distance vision, color and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
-
Exposure to loud noise, vibrations, airborne particles, and moving machinery.

Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
