Job Title: General Laborer – Sanitation (3rd Shift)
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | 5x8s
Pay: $19.40/hr + $2 shift differential
We’re hiring a Sanitation Associate to ensure a clean and safe production environment by performing deep equipment and environmental cleaning that supports food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment using COP/CIP systems

Monitor chemical concentrations and maintain sanitation logs

Operate SCADA systems and complete required documentation

Verify cleanliness using bioluminescence testing

Follow the plant’s Master Cleaning Schedule, GMPs, and safety procedures

Troubleshoot basic sanitation equipment

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Train new associates on sanitation procedures and standards
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
1+ year experience in manufacturing or sanitation
-
LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) certification required (provided by site)

Familiarity with CIP/COP systems and food safety practices
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

Experience with SCADA systems is a plus
